Corinne Stephenson-Johnson '12
A native Washingtonian, Corinne spent many an afternoon and weekend pirouetting through the halls of the Washington School of Ballet, training primarily under the tutelage of Mary Day, Patricia Berrend, Carlos Valcarel and Françoise Doyle. Corinne's love for dance has not waned since arriving at Princeton. She has participated in guest choreography pieces created by Cherylyn Lavagnino and Susan Jaffe for the Dance Department, and has spent two summers training - first at Complexions Contemporary Ballet and then with Susan Jaffe at her studio in Princeton. When not at 185 Nassau, Corinne enjoys filling her time with jaunts to the Big Apple, perusing the modern art collection at the Princeton museum, delighting in Small World's Mexican hot chocolate or reading Steinbeck.
