Hometown: Rochester, NY
Dance Background: Gwennie has been dancing since she was three with a primary focus in ballet. She trained at Draper Center for Dance Education under Jamey Leverett where she performed in several ballets including The Nutcracker, Cinderella, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Little Red Riding Hood and most recently participated in a performance of An American in Paris. Throughout her time at Draper, she also attended competitions such as YAGP, UBC, ADC IBC, NYCDA Nationals and various other local competitions where she performed contemporary along with ballet works. Over the summer she dances at Draper's intensive where she gets to learn various other styles like Flamenco, musical theater, tap, modern and classical repertoire.
